Using HutkeBuy
These terms apply when you browse HutkeBuy, create an account or place an order. Read them alongside our Refund, Privacy and Shipping Policies. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. Keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised activity.
Products, prices & orders
Review the product description, selected variant, quantity, delivery address and final total before purchasing. Product availability, prices and offers may change before an order is placed. The order total shown at checkout includes the applicable charges displayed there.
Product images are for identification; screen settings may affect how colours appear. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order, not a guarantee of fulfilment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and handle any payment in accordance with applicable law.
Razorpay payments & order confirmation
Online payments are processed through Razorpay using the methods available in its checkout. Cash on Delivery requires a ₹149 advance through Razorpay, with only the remaining checkout balance collected on delivery. COD is available for order totals above ₹149. Full-online payments remain prepaid. Product prices, quantities, applicable coupon discounts and delivery charges are checked on our server; an amount supplied by a browser does not determine what you owe.
An order is confirmed only after the full online payment or the ₹149 COD advance has been captured by Razorpay and verified on our server. The website receipt retains the full purchase total; the courier COD collection amount excludes the advance. A success screen, debit notification or checkout acknowledgement alone is not confirmation. If you close the browser or lose connectivity after paying, verification continues through Razorpay's server notifications; check My orders before attempting payment again.
No voluntary cancellation, return or refund is available after payment. This does not remove remedies required by applicable law. Review our Refund Policy before paying.
Offers, wallet & referrals
Coupons, wallet use and referral rewards are subject to the conditions displayed for the relevant offer. Rewards are not guaranteed merely by sharing a link or generating a click; eligibility depends on the applicable order and reward conditions.
Do not create fake accounts, self-refer, misuse coupons or manipulate orders or rewards. Fraudulent activity may lead to restrictions, subject to applicable law.
Content & service availability
HutkeBuy branding and site content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Do not interfere with the service, access another person's account or submit unlawful content.
We aim to keep product and service information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reviews, uploaded media & prohibited conduct
Submit only reviews and media you are entitled to share. Do not post personal information belonging to someone else, unlawful or misleading content, spam or material that infringes another person's rights. Reviews may be moderated before publication.
Photo and video attachments to reviews are limited to eligible verified purchasers. Videos must not exceed 60 seconds. You retain your rights in original content and permit HutkeBuy to display it in connection with the relevant review and product. Contact support to report an infringement or inappropriate review.
Warranty, responsibility & disputes
Any manufacturer warranty applies only where stated for the product and is governed by the manufacturer's terms and mandatory law. Keep your order receipt and any warranty documentation. No additional warranty or guaranteed delivery deadline should be inferred from these terms.
You are responsible for accurate order details and lawful use of your account. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Raise disputes with customer support first where possible; you retain access to competent consumer authorities and courts under Indian law.
Updates & questions
The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. Future changes will be published on this page. Applicable Indian law and mandatory consumer protections govern purchases; these terms do not restrict lawful access to consumer forums or other competent authorities.
